Devocional Semanal 10-11-21 / 3-12-22 Nuestras oraciones
¿Nodeberían sus oraciones estar llenas de alabanzas, reconociendo la santidad y la justicia de Dios y que Él es justo en todos Sus caminos? ¿No deberíansus oraciones llenarse de agradecimiento al recordar todo lo que Él ha logrado poryen nosotros? ¿No deberíamos expresar nuestra gratitud de que Jesús pagó el precio de nuestra redención, que el Padre Dios nos llamó a salir de las tinieblas espirituales, y que el Espíritu Santo nos regeneró a la novedad de la vida espiritual? ¿No deberíamos estar agradecidos de haber sido declarados justos? ¿No deberíamos estar agradecidos de que Él continúe cambiándonos de las personas que éramos a las personas que Él quiere que seamos? Creemos que sí es la respuesta a cada una de estas preguntas.
Además, Dios quiere que vengamos a Él con todo lo que está sucediendo en nuestras vidas; las cosas buenas, así como las cosas no tan buenas, las cosas que nos han traído alegría y las cosas que nos han lastimado. Las cosas fáciles y las cosas difíciles, las cosas solucionables y las cosas irresolubles. Él quiere que lo involucremos en cada aspecto de nuestras vidas porque al hacerlo sentimos Su presencia.
La oración es también un canal a través del cual Él nos habla. Al orar, el Espíritu Santo habla en nuestros espíritus abriendo nuestros corazones y mentes a lo que el Padre quiere para nosotros y de nosotros. La oración ajusta nuestras consideraciones acerca de nosotros mismos y de Dios. ¡Oh, la bendición de la oración!

Weekly Devotional 10-11-21 / 3-12-22 Our Prayers
Shouldn’t our prayers be filled with praises, acknowledging God’s holiness and righteousness and that He is just in all His ways? Shouldn’t our prayers be filled with thanks as we recall all that He has accomplished for, and in us? Shouldn’t we express our thankfulness that Jesus paid the price of our redemption, that Father God called us out of spiritual darkness, and that the Holy Spirit regenerated us unto newness of spiritual life? Shouldn’t we be thankful that we have been declared righteous? Shouldn’t we be thankful that He continues to change us from the persons we were to the persons He would have us to be? We believe that yes is the answer to each of these questions.
Further, God wants us to come to Him with all that is happening in our lives; the good things as well as the not-so-good things, the things that have brought us joy and the things that have hurt us. The easy things and the difficult things, the solvable and the unsolvable things. He wants us to involve Him in every aspect of our lives because in doing so we sense His presence.
Prayer is also a channel through which He speaks to us. As we pray the Holy Spirit speaks into our spirits opening our hearts and minds to what the Father wants for, and of us. Prayer adjusts our considerations about ourselves and God.
Oh, the blessedness of prayer!
